St Georges Hall, Bradford

This Grade 1 Listed Building in the heart of the City of Bradford reopened in January 2019 following a £8.7million refurbishment. The Project involved complete renewal of the roof structure, extensive repair of stonework, window refurbishment, together with internal upgarde of Front of House areas and complete refurbishment of the Concert Hall itself. We were delighted to work alongside specialist conservation Architects from both Belfast and London, Bradford City Council and National Funding Bodies

40 Nr Newbuild Social Housing Units, Carrick

Currently under construction, this innovative development for Clanmil Housing Association, is first of its kind in Northern Ireland in utilising "Off Site" processes. With the majority of construction  carried out in a factory setting, the modules are transported to site,only to have finishing touches applied before completion and handover. Construction period is expected to take almost half the time of traditional construction. Scheme Cost £4.9M

Portrush Railway Station

Completed in June 2019, the brand new Portrush Railway Station is a dynamic addition to the regeneration of the town centre . At a cost of  £3,980,000, the scheme included new platforms serving three tracks,  300m of New platform canopies, replacement of original stone boundary walls with image impregnated perforated Aluminium panelling and full DDA compliant facilities . The Client requirement to keep the station live throughout the works was achieved though excellent cooperation of all parties and stingent Project Management.

RBAI , Belfast

The major External refurbishment of this Grade B Listed School in Belfast city centre demanded stringent Cost Management to satisfy  both the demands of NIEA  and Conservation bodies. We were delighted to complete several phases on time and within budgets
